Episode 136 – The Kraken Are Official!

The Seattle Kraken are officially the 32nd NHL team, now that they have submitted the final payment of their $650 million expansion fee to the league. The Sound Of Hockey Podcast is quite excited about this, and the guys react accordingly in this episode.

John, Andy, and Darren give an update on a couple of news items from the women’s hockey world, then stroll around the NHL to look at how the divisions are shaping up with playoffs on the horizon.

Things then get bit- and segment-heavy, as the guys go from Three Stars to HYPEotheticals to Goalie Gear Corner to Weekly One-Timers to Tweets of the Week.

Within those bits and segments, you’ll hear about Ryan Miller retiring, Tom Wilson being a dick, Kirill Kaprizov being amazing, and much more.

Lots of bits. Lots of segments. Good episode.
